Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or a refund with your receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return of your products within 7 days of delivery.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

However, if a product has been used or opened, we operate the no return, refund or exchange policy unless the product is faulty.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your parcel on arrival for any severe damage that may have occured during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occured to your item(s), please contact Ormonde Jayne at
